In addition to the traditional college preparatory curriculum, Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall offers a Learning Center, which offers all students support courses focusing on study, test-taking, and organization skills. Also, the ninth grade program is a skill-based program taught by six teachers for forty students. Academic offerings are diverse for a school of its size, and students may take advantage of course offerings in the arts, English, history, math, science, theater, and music. A typical day is comprised of classes and athletic or afternoon activities, which may include competitive sports, ceramics, drama, dance, music, photography, art, or community service.

Competitive sports offerings include soccer, cross-country, golf, basketball, wrestling, volleyball, tennis, baseball, softball, and lacrosse. The school is able to enhance its extracurricular offerings as well by taking advantage of the many cultural events available in the Boston area.
